I'd like to thank Clove for excellent service. The item was dispatched without any delays, tracking information appeared as promised, whole shipping from UK to Moscow took only 10 days that I consider being quite fast. Will recommend the shop to my friends and I'm happy that my first experience with Clove is that positive.

I have now used Clove on several occasions and whilst service is good, product despatch has been delayed on both occasions. Given the demand for niche product parts for the ES400 and very few suppliers if delivery times were improved or better comminucated at time of order then this should ultimately improve your customer service. General feeling is that if I can get items quicker elsewhere why use Clove?

Clove Response 19/7 - As you specify yourself the specialist nature of this product does not help because there is less demand on certain accessories and on ocassions when out of stock delays canbe lengthy.This however does not excuse poor communication and updates. We are always working to improve our systems and communication and lessons will be learnt from your feedback.

Just got Motorolla RazrMaxx(and the gift) Auto dock for it. Unfortunately the dock is not for this model, also the gift's batteries were leaking (the photo i'll send you).

Clove Response 28/6 - We can confirm that the image of the cradle on our site was different to the product supplied due to a design change in the cradle by HTC in between announcement and supply. Mr Mc Givern has been contacted and an amicable solution agreed

Called to ask about receiving tax free at the airport. The person who answered clearly had no clue what they were talking about and told me to go to the airport with just the receipt and should be sufficient. Apparently a tax free form need to be sent by clove.

Clove Response 26/6 - We are surprised by these comments. In the UK you can only obtain a tax reclaim form when you buy the product in person in the high street. As an online retailer we can not supply this.

Genuinely excellent service. I received quick and helpful replies to my email enquiries regarding the Razr Maxx each and every time. My order process went smoothly and quickly. It was even posted to me on the same day even though I had to verify my ID since I was a first time customer. That is service and will happily recommend Clove to my family and friends.
