Super delivery to Norway! :-)

Pleased to be using Clove as they had exactly the products I wanted. One of the products was faulty and the process to remedy this was good.

Website easy to use, product of good value and delivery time excellent. When speaking to customer services they were polite and helpful.

There was a delay for delivery because of out-of-stock products. In my case till now my package isn't deliver because of shipping company cannot able to provide tracking number (1st post mail). Bad service in delivery of the product.

I unfortunately ordered the incorrect product however the extablished returns process worked well.

Purchasing the phone was easy but for the extra verification needed when paying via credit card. An option to pay via PAYPAL would be appreciated. Delivery took much longer then expected but thanks to the tracking code it was possible to make sure the package wasn't lost. It would be helpful if you let international customers know that tracking is a 2 stage process and they need to look up their country and click again after going into the Royal Mail site.
All in all it was an good and easy transaction.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Note s-pen from Clove. Initially it was unavailable and because I was going overseas I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund, which was promptly made. Upon my return I ordered it again and received it in the mail within 2 days. I am very pleased with my purchase as I am now able to comfortably use my s-pen and benefit from a great function of this amazing device.

And that's really great that parcel was in sealed plastic bag - there are a lot of cases of theft of contents of the parcel in our country. And if package is sealed it's hard to steal its contents. I recently ordered online at the online store www.clove.co.uk smartphone and an adapter: Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 and BizLink MicroUSB to USB Converter. I very quickly received a parcel (she was a little over two weeks). Shipping was very well packed. Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 works fine, but BizLink MicroUSB to USB Converter does not work. I was very upset and wrote about it in the store. I promised to return the value of BizLink MicroUSB to USB Converter. I am very grateful to the store for their integrity and responsiveness. 4 points for defective Converter

Product price and shipping cost - fair. Security process (new customer)is a little havy and delays. very good answers to questions pre-order was quick and businesslike. The delivery time was a bit long, was invited in 4.19 delivered on 6.5

The order was processed promptly and smoothly, credit card verification process was not too complicated. I called sales representatives a couple times and they were extremely polite and helpful. I asked to deliver my order to the hotel in London where I planned to stay, this was made and worked perfectly. Good job, Clove!

One thing that I also would like to note is that among other items I ordered the microUSB sync cable, however I received the miniUSB one - not a big deal, but please pay more attention to this in the future.
