The HTC 7 Pro is the latest offering from the new Windows Phone 7 range. Combining the knowledge of two industry experts, Microsoft and HTC, the Pro 7 is a high-end business device that ticks all the boxes.

With the HTC 7 Pro, you are able to easily view and edit Office documents on your smartphone. Editing is made simple by the 5-row, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, while the 3.6-inch WVGA touch screen gives you plenty of real estate to view spreadsheets and Word documents. Of course, important documents also need to be shared and this is facilitated by Microsoft SharePoint.

For the busy business user, constant access to email is vital. The HTC 7 Pro not only provides this via its Wi-Fi and 3G capability, but also helps you to organise your emails with Microsoft Outlook. Added to this is the ability to stay on top of the stock market with the 'Stocks' app, which enables you to check prices and indices whenever, wherever. Rotating the 7 Pro horizontally will show you full-screen landscape charts, while the app also allows you to define up to 30 stocks and track their progress.

Of course, if you take your work everywhere, you'll also need the option to take a quick break and relax. Whether you do this by watching videos, browsing photos on Facebook or listening to some music, the HTC 7 Pro makes it quick and convenient. With access to Zune services, you are able to browse and download music, movies and TV shows. There's even the possibility to sync your music collection wirelessly with your PC using the Zune PC companion.

It is not only Zune, but also Bing services that are present in the new range of Windows Phone 7 devices. The HTC Pro 7 features a built-in antenna, so Bing Maps can give you directions, point out the nearest landmarks or show you a street level perspective if need be. Also included is Bing search and Xbox Live, which integrates with your Xbox 360 account to bring gaming to your smartphone.

Recommend to a friend? Yes "for those complaining of this phone just dont know. I have this phone for past 11 months now and still works excellent with no problems at all. The OS is fast & Fluid and never lags at all compare to All Androids that lags allot. It totally better than iphone 4S. I will be upgrading soon to nokia 920 wp8 reason why is because want get a more high camera. I will give this phone to my relative has it is surely most easy to navigate. Also great at least it will be upgraded to wp version 7.8 :-) thanks Microsoft for developing a innovative smartphone. Windows phone is truly back in the game. I for one hate iphone and android there apps just sits there dead and cluttered."

No " RUBBISH I wish I hadn't bought the dam phone bluetooth not working and the micro usb has broke all this in 3 months of having the phone stay well clear of it Clove Response 29/12/2011 -Devices can sometimes go wrong. These faults would more than likely be covered under warranty if you were to contact HTC. "

Recommend to a friend? No "The problems here is the Windows Phone 7 software. The calendar is dismal - no week view, and the month view is illegible in either portrait or landscape mode. Direct synchronisation with Outlook is impossible - you can only do it via a Google account. And there is no straightforward way of synchronising your Word or PowerPoint files with anything on your desktop. If none of this is important to you, this is an elegant, well-specified device. But it doesn't work for me. You would be better off with a Galaxy S or a Nokia N8 if you have religious objections to the IPhone. I think Microsoft have lost their way with this OS, at least as far as ordinary users are concerned."

Recommend to a friend? Yes "Love it, but it seems OS wasn't very optimized. Due to this battery discharges almost every day. And it seems phone is a little bit heavy, but after a while you get used to. Despite this phone is really nice."

Recommend to a friend? No "Would be very good if it wasn't let down by a couple of unforgivable problems. Firstly - there is no function to sync Tasks. My last phone (also HTC and Windows) synced Calendar, Emails, Contacts and Tasks, this only does the first three. How can it be described as 'a high-end business device that ticks all the boxes' without this basic function? Secondly - the keyboard design is good apart from the camera surround sticking out from the bottom of the phone so if you press the keys whilst it is sitting on a table it wobbles. "
