Overview of HTC TITAN
The HTC TITAN is part of the range of new HTC Windows Phone Mango phones. Running on Windows Phone 7.5, the TITAN has the largest display of any Windows Phone handset. Measuring 4.7" across, the Super-LCD touch screen of the Titan is housed in a stylish unibody design and features a 480 x 800 resolution.
As well as its large capacitive touch screen, the TITAN has a super-slim profile - measuring just 9.9mm in thickness. Its contoured design adds to its aesthetic appeal, while the newest version of Windows Phone makes multi-tasking better than ever on the Microsoft platform.
Another feature to look out for on the HTC TITAN is the 8MP camera, which comes with a 28mm lens, f/2.2 aperture, dual LED flash and 720p HD video recording. You've then got the sizeable screen to view photos and videos on, which combines nicely with the pinch to zoom feature if you
want a close-up of a photo.
The new version of Windows Phone, Mango, puts a lot of emphasis on multi-tasking and you'll no doubt make use of this with the HTC TITAN. Switch seamlessly between work mode and play mode, check your messages half way through playing a game or listen to music while surfing the web.
Being a Microsoft device. the TITAN has superb integration with Microsoft Office. Editing documents is made easier by the large on-screen keyboard, while the ability to multi-task means that you can have several items open at the same time. However, life isn't all about work so the TITAN also includes plenty of entertainment options, including access to Zune services and Xbox Live.
As well as its large screen, strong camera features and the new Windows Phone Mango software, the TITAN also comes with the latest and greatest connectivity features. These include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA and 3.5mm headphone jack - so you've got plenty of options to connect to the web and share content.
