Overview of Motorola FIRE
THE MOTOROLA FIRE HAS NOW BEEN DISCOTINUED. CONSIDER THE HTC CHACHA.
The Motorola FIRE is a new Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone, with a front facing QWERTY keyboard and Motorola's 'Moto Switch' user interface.
The FIRE could be likened to the Motorola Pro with regard to form factor, although it's hardware specifications are quite different and it is therefore able to offer a similar Android experience at a more affordable price point.
The standout features of the Motorola FIRE include its front facing QWERTY keyboard, 2.8 inch touch screen, 1420mAh battery and low price point. It comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, providing it with the most up to date features available on the Google owned OS.
Also included with the FIRE is Motorola's 'Moto Switch' user interface, which allows you to switch between a mode for work and a mode for friends. It features a 3MP camera and the usual smartphone features - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and 3.5mm headphone jack.
