If your order has been successfully placed, you will have seen a Thank you screen and received a confirmation e-mail. Your order is then passed to the Clove Technology order team, for credit-checking and processing.

Clove endeavours to send all orders out on the same day, subject to availability and clearance. This means that most UK orders will be received within 2 to 3 days. Overseas orders receipt will depend on location and transit time. If, however, you are concerned that your order has taken longer than the specified period, please complete the details below to track your order.

Note: To allow time to get onto the system, order-tracking can take place only after the order has been placed for 12 hours or more. Then, once a trace has been initiated through this system, a response will be given usually by the next working day.

To enable us to contact you about your order, please supply your order reference number this will speed up the reply. Alternatively, you can give the date on which you placed the order.
