Delivery
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to ship your order the same day if the products are in stock and your order is received before 16:00 GMT (subject to the fulfilment of any security procedures we may request when you place the order).
Please note that delivery times stated when you place your order are intended as a helpful guideline (not guaranteed) and they apply from the date your order is dispatched (not the date the order is placed).
UK Delivery
Smartphone, PDAs and larger orders to mainland Britain are sent by courier (Citylink). Delivery will usually take place the next working day, up to 5.30pm. In many cases, you can select ‘Special Delivery’ as an option, subject to the weight of the parcel. Delivery to Northern Ireland will be by Special Delivery in any case.
Most accessories are sent by Royal Mail first-class post. We can also send by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, guaranteed by 9am* or 1pm* the following working day – this can be used for orders where a morning delivery is required. While not guaranteed, a Royal Mail Special Delivery parcel sent on a Friday often stands a good chance of arriving on the Saturday.

Overseas Delivery
For most destinations, you have the option of choosing mail or international courier delivery. Naturally, the courier option will mean a faster delivery time, normally 1-2 working days in Europe and 2-4 for the rest of the world, but will usually be more expensive.
Airsure and International signed post take approximately 3–6** working days in Europe and 5–12 working days** for the rest of the world. You can select the choice of delivery from the drop-down menu at the checkout.

** International Shipping Times by Country/Region
The previously quoted times are an 'average' delivery time and not guaranteed. It is the case that deliveries can arrive sooner or indeed later. We do not have control over this. A package will often go through the hands of at least 2 delivery companies when processed for shipping abroad via International mail.

We do sometimes notice that particular countries or regions have longer 'average' shipping time for certain reasons, those countries that where we are experiencing extended delivery times over the normal average are detailed below:
Russia - Packages are taking up to six weeks to arrive from date of dispatch. Packages are getting held in customs for 2-3 weeks.
China - Packages are taking 14-21 days to arrive from date of dispatch
Australia & New Zealand - Packages are taking 14 days to arrive from date of dispatch
