The Sony Ericsson LiveView is an entirely new product which keeps you in constant communication with your friends and family. While it also offers new innovative ways to interact with your Sony Ericsson (or any other Google Android 2.0 or higher) Smartphone.

Roughly the size of a watch the Sony Ericsson LiveView can be strapped to your wrist for convenient interaction. It enables you to view all your Facebook, Twitter updates and RSS feeds. It also shows incoming SMS and provides the ability to view caller numbers. So you are always up-to-date with your family and friends.

If music is stored on your Android device this can be controlled using the LiveView. It has the ability to play, pause and select the next or previous track. The volume can be adjusted and the song title is displayed for convenience.

All of this is possible without ever removing your Smartphone from your bag or pocket. With the added benefit that compatible applications will be able to further enhance it.

Recommend to a friend? No "Very poor product, simply does not work. Drops connection regularly and needs reboot to restore. Poor battery life. no software update since April even though Sony know it's faulty. Avoid!"

Recommend to a friend? No "Good idea, but awful implementation. During 3 days of using it was dropping out from handwatch plug about 15 times! Then it just hanged, showing time, buttons don't work, I can't turn it off or anything. Also, idiotic USB location doens't allow to charge the device without plugging it out - otherwise it could be just glued!!! "
