"impresive product....though NO INCOMING CSD"
Uri Naor (USA)
"I am extremely happy of my Tytn ii, which works beautifully. My only worry is the insufficient duration of the battery, which doesn't last more than 2-3 hours if I am connected and use the many feature of the devise!"
Filippo Scammacca (Italy/Rome)
"Brillian, use friendly no complains. But I 'm battling to get skype downloaded as skype.com still do not recognize TY TN II"
Jaco (Rsa)

"Great review. Now all we need to know is when it's due in at Clove for shipping out to those eagerly awaiting it."
Phil (Yorkshire)
"This looks like an excellent replacement for the original Tytn (Hermes), and I know that many of our members are eagerly looking forward to getting their hands on this top specification device."

"Got my TyTN II, P4450/Kaiser, whatever name it is?! this morning! Writing this review on it!!! Superb!"
Doug (Sheffield)
"Looked at all the reviews and thought this was the machine for me, and was I right, I am really pleased with it. I like the front touch icons and find the GPS really good. Thanks Clove and HTC!"
Stephen (Manchester)
"I purchase mine about a month ago. It seams to be that the phone has a problem with microphone. When I talk, I can here people just great, but they sometimes can’t here me at all. Problem usually manifests itself when loudspeaker is on during a call. I’ve had quite a few people complaining that they can’t hear me when I’ve got the speaker on. But even with the loudspeaker off, sometimes people complaining that the sound is floating. I disabled the Microphone AGC in the phone setting, but it did not do me any good. I believe that it is not just mine single device, but the whole TyTN II series. I found similar reports on the XDA developer forum. There are a lot of people that purchased recently TyTN II/Tilt phones complain about this problem. "
Michael (Israel)
"A phone with great functionality and reasonable processor speed and memory (just about enough). Works well overall and there are many things I like about it (voice recognition is great too, and GPS/Tom Tom works well).
However, the lack of properly optimised video drivers is a singular omission made worse by HTC's peculiar aversion to deliver any patch; camera performance is thus poor compared to the [3MP] specs offered (-a 5 year old Clie beats it in ease of photoigraphy and video handling)...this is a real pity as otherwise it would be a great 5* PDA phone. "
Nishy (Sri Lanka)
"Finally going to get a chance to own a decent Windows Mobile device on this side of the pond. We're always about 5 years behind the rest of the planet when it comes to cell phones, of all types. Does anybody have a suggestion as to what professional install Bluetooth device would work best with HTC phones. I'm using a hard wire installed motorola for my E815 right now, and need to buy a top of the line Bluetooth for an older BMW. Any suggestions........Jeff"
Jeff (South Florida)
"A totally amazing machine !! so much to learn although I have been using an XDA exec for a couple of years. Thanks to all at Clove for their prompt and efficient service. I had to turn on the key clicks though as I could not use this without. Thanks again - John"
john murray (surrey)
"Excellent gadget..never seen any single gadget packed with so many features. I recommend it to all gadget freaks."
Nandiraju Lakshminarayan (Saudi Arabia)
"Received mine on the 5th of Dec after being shipped on the 3rd which was amazing. Thanks to Clove for making such a fantastic product to people like me in India where it hasn't been launched.
Having used it for more than 72 hours, the phone is the first PDA device I own. I read through the manual thoroughly & was very informative. Getting your way around the phone is much easier even for a newbie & also impressed with the ability to used the finger instead of stylus for most operation including using the virtual keypad.
Phone clarity is brilliant, even on the lowest volume. My brother & wife were surprised at the voice clarity at the other end.
The battery life kind of short since I had to charge after 48 hours of use. GPS seems a big drain on the battery life.
Internet is great. Tried it over EDGE & Wi-Fi & easily picks a signal.
This is an amazing smartphone. Please get it if you can."
Deepak Murthy (Hyderabad, India)
"A great little mobile phone. Cannot seem to lock the keyboard though without entering passwords all the time. Great battery duration when on phone only."
Del Ings (Hampshire)
"Got mine this morning and I was very pleased, however it took me about two hours to get the back cover opened with the help of one of Clove Technology's support staff. The PDA is brilliant and it is the best in the market for now (I am still playing around with it) BUT the battery cover design is the worst as you can break the PDA while trying to open it as it is too stiff and stuck."
Akin (London)
"Placed my order too on high recommendations, can't wait! :)"
Peter Collinson (windowsmobile247.com)
"I have been waiting some time for a device like this. It has been worth the wait. Little heavier than I expected but overall the TyTN II is just as I expexted. Big thanks Clove for the speedy service."
Dillon (Essex)
"Well not much more I can say other than this HTC TyTN II is amazing....!!!! Certainly the best machine I have had."
Jeremy (Derby)
"I will buy this PDA even if it cost all my life, is too high as technology"
Henri (Douala)
"It does have everything in the box but - camera is not usable for decent pictures, just for observation - it is slow and clunky - in the 4 months i have had it, I have never got used to having to pull out the keyboard to write a simple text message - I would love to see what it would do with those drivers they supposedly didn't put in"
Simon (London)
"Wicked!"
Le Chiffre (Amsterdam)
"The HTC TyTn II is brilliant and bug-free! After owning an I-mate k-jam I knew I couldn't go back to an 'ordinary' phone - even thought the K-jam was quirky. But I have uploaded everything to the TyTN II without a hitch, everything works marvellously and smoothly. This phone is what the Apple iPhone apsires to be.... Be ahead of the trend now!"
Sally (London)
"It's a very good product! AAA "
Matteo Gazzano (Liguria - Italy)
"Received mine this morning (5th Sept), have had limited time to play around but so far very impressed. I can confirm that it does support Micro SDHC cards. I have loaded iGO GPS software on it and the receiver is very quick to receive a first fix (under 30 secs) and works fine behind the athermic windscreen of my Citroen. Call quality is excellent, far better than any other WM phone that I've had. I can't see a great deal of difference between WM6 and WM5, but it does seem to be a bit more responsive. The screen is bright and clear, the keyboard a pleasure to use after my old iPaq hw 6910 and the tilting screen does make a difference. Undoubtedly the best Smartphone that I've come across so far."
Mal (Cambridgeshire)
"amazing phone, the best so far,and i have tried a lot"
robert (venezuela)
"A quality product that is simple to use and works as it should. All this on top of the usual excellent Clove service. Wonderful!"
Bob (Orpington)
"I found HTC TYTN II, the best PDA in all respects including connectivity, speeing processor, voice quality and best camers. The only drawback is its weight and battery duration is short. But overall I am satisfied with my smart Phone and thanks HTC for introducing such an amazing product."
Rana (London)
"I saw the the TYTN 11 Advertised as as I love pdas and smart phones I had to buy one, its very very good, the screen is good, the keyboard is great, If you a need smartphone I think this is probably the best you will get, the only downside from my point of view is the battery I have to charge it every day and thats with using a bluetooth headset for no more then 2 hours a day."
