"My first impressions of this phone were I didn't like it; comparing it to my wife's iPhone (which I was planning to buy); but I very quickly changed my mind. It's a great phone, but some users will having a learning curve with windows mobile. Past that, and after you customise it the way you want, it's powerful and discrete, and the call quality is good on 3G where I am at the moment (Middle East). I guess the thing to remember is that you can customise it, and as more software is available, it should just get better. Oh also the keyboard is great, and this is after thinking that the iPhone's keyboard was good, and I have big hands!"
