Samsung Galaxy S7 Unlocked and SIM Free stock
When you order a Samsung Galaxy S7 from Clove Technology, you will receive an official UK or EU specification SIM Free handset.
All of our phones are factory unlocked and ready for use with UK, EU & most global SIM cards.
The phones have support for global GSM & 3G networks; for 4G / LTE support outside of the EU, please check the specifications.
Where a product option states "EU Model", it will have been sourced directly from a European supplier. These phones should come factory sealed with the original Samsung Adaptive Fast Charger (Europlug 2-pin).
Where a product states "EU Convert", it will have been sourced from a UK supplier that has imported EU stock and converted it for UK sale. These phones will be resealed with official Samsung branding and should contain a standard UK charger (3-pin). Please note this may not be the official Samsung Adaptive Fast Charger.
If you order an EU Model or Convert then you may find that Samsung Pay is unavailable, even if it is supported in your country.
This is because Samsung restricts the use of Samsung Pay so that it only works with banks registered in the same country as the phone's origin. The origin country is recorded in the phone's firmware and cannot be adjusted by end users. At this time we are unable to advertise the exact origin country of EU Models prior to sale.
If you require the use of Samsung Pay in the UK, we would recommend avoiding an EU Model or Convert, although if Google Pay is available and acceptable to you, this will be available to download and unaffected.

For the past 5 years, Samsung have undeniably been the leaders in OEM Android smartphones. Ever since the Galaxy S2 delivered a mind-boggling specification and design and changed what the world thought of Android phones, Samsung have looked to increase the power and capability of their smartphones every year.
The Galaxy S7 is therefore Samsung's vision for 2016 and it is all at once an iteration in design, a return to features previously removed and a refinement of everything that has worked well to date.
If you're in the market for a top of the range smartphone in 2016, you'll be hard pressed to look elsewhere and find a better complete package.
Samsung radically departed from tradition with the S6, swapping their oft-maligned plastic construction for a critically acclaimed metal and glass construction, making the S6 the envy of many.
The S7 iterates on this design, further rounding the corners and shaping the edges of the phone to find the most comfortable shape. When the design was already close to what critics think is perfect, fractions of a millimetre can make a big change!
The new glass for the S7 has a rounded edge (although not a curved screen - that's for the S7 Edge!) for a seamless yet obvious feel when your finger or thumb reaches the limits of the display.
You'll also find a reintroduction of the micro SD card tray. Removed from the S6, to many Samsung fan's disappointment, the S7 now has the capability to utilise micro SD cards up to 200 GB.
Samsung's Super AMOLED screen technology makes for some impressive colour reproduction and has always been marked as improving battery life over LCD counterparts, by providing variable power to pixels as and when they need it.
For the S7, Samsung have tapped into the potential of S-AMOLED by introducing an Always-On screen. When the screen goes black, it is still actually 'on', ready to burst into life at an instant's notice. This makes for faster displaying of important information and the ability to interact with the phone to load details just by looking at it.
Part of Samsung's success to date has been due to their excellent camera technology. Picking the 'best' camera on a smartphone is always a loaded task as many can be better or worse depending on the results you're personally seeking to achieve.
One thing that has always been true about Samsung's mobile cameras though is that they tend to get an excellent image regardless of the conditions, even in low-light.
Samsung have improved in this area for the Galaxy S7, with a new Dual Pixel 12 MP sensor. At first glance this might seem like a step back - the S6 range had a 16 MP camera - however any camera enthusiast will tell you there's more to camera quality than simply megapixel numbers.
The new 12MP sensor has larger pixels for a 56% increase in light capture, as well as a brighter f/1.7 lens aperture. All this extra light makes for markedly improved low light quality, especially when combined with Samsung's already top-quality image processing software.
The sensor is now also in a 16:9 wide format for native widescreen shooting and video recording.
Samsung's Dual Pixel system isn't just about letting in more light either, it also helps out during autofocussing. The system allows each of the 12 million pixels in the sensor to act as a focus pixel, reminiscent of some leading DSLR technology.
We expect to see the current cream of hardware technology in a flagship phone and Samsung don't disappoint with the S7.
Clove will sell the SM-G930F (EU / Global) version of the S7, which is shipped with a Samsung Exynos 8890 Octa processor. This is a Quad-core 2.3 GHz Cortex-A53 + quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 chipset. In short, the most powerful mobile processor ever seen.
Coupled with 4GB of RAM, the S7 will be able to handle anything you can throw at it including advanced 3D games, high definition VR content or multiple torrent downloads.
The standard S7 uses a 3,000 mAh battery which should be plenty to get you through a full day, especially with Samsung's most recent updates.
All of the standard connectivity features are present and correct on the S7 range. This includes 4G / LTE data speeds (up to Cat.9 where supported), dual-band a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, GPS with GLONASS and Beidou support, NFC for one-touch pairing and payments, and Bluetooth 4.2.
You can also find Fast Charging and wireless charging for both Qi and PMA standards. Basically, if you think it should connect to a modern phone then the S7 will be compatible!
Fast Charging is supported by the included charger, official Samsung accessories and 3rd party accessories which adhere to the fast charging specifications.
The S7 range is also fully compatible with the Gear VR so you can experience exclusive 3D games and VR content from the Oculus Store.
There are a number of security features present on the S7, although the most obvious when you first start using the phone will be the fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button.
This was present on the S6 and during the setup procedure you will be prompted to set the sensor up (although this is optional).
Once you have a fingerprint (or more than one) initialised, you can use this to unlock the phone's screen, authorise payments or access restricted app / files on the phone. You can also register other people's fingerprints, even giving them separate profiles on the phone with a different view of apps and data when they access it.
Samsung Knox also makes a return the S7. This is Samsung's specialised container for sensitive material. It's up to you if you want to use Knox - if you do then you can secure documents, pictures, contact information and messages into the secure Knox container, encrypted and safe from anyone should the phone get into the wrong hands. Knox has been certified as safe for several corporations and businesses around the world.
Something you won't find on every phone is an IP rating. Usually left to the more rugged and chunky looking devices, an IP rating denotes ingress protection against water, dust and other small particles like sand.
The Galaxy S7 manages to provide an IP rating of 68. This means it can withstand both full submerging into fresh water to a depth of 1 metre for half an hour and also direct pressurised jets of water.
If you're the kind of person that doesn't like to use bulky cases, then you might find this little bit of information even more appetising.
*Since September 2013, Samsung have implemented a 'region lock' on all new stock. Clove Technology only have access to models designed for the “European” region, which covers both UK and mainland Europe. The compatible countries are listed below**.
For correct operation, this handset should be activated inside one of these countries with a SIM card issued for use there. The device will then be able to accept SIM cards from outside of these countries.
Activation requires turning the device on for the first time & completing set-up with the SIM installed, then completing at least 5 minutes of voice call(s) with this SIM.
Without activation you may still use the device outside of these countries when 'roaming' - using a SIM card from the listed countries.
If this activation procedure is not followed then the device will lock when first attempted to be used with a SIM card from outside of these regions. Local Samsung support may provide a code to unlock such handsets.
**All member states of the E.E.A and the following additional territories: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (F.Y.R.O.M), Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia and Vatican City.
IF YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY COUNTY IS NOT LISTED, CLOVE TECHNOLOGY WILL BREAK THE SEAL ON THIS DEVICE AND ACTIVATE IT. YOU MUST AGREE TO THIS PROCEDURE IN THE CHECKOUT BEFORE THE SALE WILL COMPLETE.
