Zebra Mobile Computers are an investment for any business, and you want to ensure they keep working correctly. Since your workers will typically be using them in key critical situations.
Therefore they need to be protected with a service contract which gives you the cover you need. The standard warranty of 1 year does cover manufacturing defects, but what about wear and tear or accidental drops?
Then you need a Zebra OneCare service contract. With it you will be fully covered for repairs of your Mobile Computers, including accidental damage. While the more comprehensive OneCare Select and Premium, also offer same day shipment of replacement devices.
Standard help desk support is limited to the initial 3 months, but with OneCare this is extended for the entire contract length. Ensuring workers have access to the support they need, when they encounter difficulties.
