SONY XPERIA 1 III
With the Sony Xperia 1 III, you can experience breath-taking speed in everything you do. It draws on Sony expertise in both visual and audio to produce an incredible smartphone.
The 6.5" 4K HDR OLED 21:9 CinemaWide display offers a mesmerising experience as you watch media content. With a cinematic aspect ratio, you can enjoy your films with a high 4K resolution. The screen is the perfect size - not too big and not too small, I can type easily one handed but also enjoy watching videos or playing games.
The device has smooth navigation through menus and scrolling in games. With the 120Hz refresh rate, it ensures you have a fast and interactive experience. The 240Hz Motion Blur reduction technology, means there is a reduction in frame lag, giving you a clearer image on the screen. BRAVIA HDR remaster technology improves everything you watch, even streaming content with improvements to contrast, colour, and clarity.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform with 12GB of RAM ensures you have the maximum performance to take advantage of the features and capabilities of the Xperia 1 III. There is 256GB of internal storage supplied and compatibility with 1TB SD cards if you need more space for your photography or movie interests. Unfortunately, this phone does not have face unlock, but this is only a slight drawback.
5G mobile data connectivity offers you the ability to share high-quality content on social media with friends. You can also connect to the internet and download data incredibly fast.
The Sony Xperia 1 III also benefits from adaptive charging which monitors your battery and keeps it healthy for longer by ensuring it is not overworked, improving its lifespan. The battery is 4500 MAH and when you need to charge, the fast charger will add up to 50% charge in just 30 minutes. Alternatively, place your Xperia 1 iii on a wireless charger to top up your battery conveniently.
Sony again has offered exceptional photography capabilities on this flagship smartphone. The rear camera set up is arranged in a vertical formation which includes a trio of 12MP lenses; the first is a wide lens, second a telephoto lens and finally an ultra-wide lens. The camera benefits from real time eye autofocus and focal lengths of 16mm, 24mm, 70 mm and 105mm. Sony have also partnered up with Zeiss again to produce some great quality pictures as shown here. The front camera is 8MP.
Overall, yes we are very impressed. The highlights for me is definitely the design of the phone, the display and the cameras. There is not really any major drawback. I would like to see face unlick though as this comes in very handy.
